Serragghia Bianco Zibibbo '23From sixty year old bush vines of Zibibbo planted on one of the highest parts of the island. The wine spent seven months on skins in terracotta amphorae buried in the vineyard, before being bottled with no additions. This draws you in with lifted aromas of citrus and sea breeze, whilst the palate is seasoned with pith, zest, salt and brine, making for unforgettable aperitif.
